Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals are intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; we will notify you as soon as your refund or exchange is processed.
